Somabay is a planned resort destination on the Red Sea coast of Egypt — set out as a single place rather than grown piece by piece. The sea is on one side of it and open desert on the other, and nearly everything a stay here involves happens between the two.
What a stay here is like
Days tend to organise themselves around the water — in it, beside it, or on a walk that ends at it. There is diving and there is golf, there is a marina and there is a great deal of shoreline, and there is the option of doing none of it. Nothing here runs to a timetable, and most people stop trying to fill the day after the first one.
Whose site this is
This is the property's own site, not an entry on somebody else's. The homes are theirs, the dates are theirs and the prices are theirs — nothing here is repackaged from a marketplace, and there is no commission sitting quietly inside the number you are quoted.
